Introduction: The description of a rare case of papillary thyroid cancer, neck paraganglioma, pituitary adenoma and Cowden-like syndrome.Case report: A 43-year-old woman presented with enlargement of her right thyroid lobe and a palpable ipsilateral neck mass.
